Abstract

The article examines organizational approaches to ensuring the functioning of industrial enterprises under martial law. The purpose of the study is to substantiate an adaptive management model that maintains the resilience of production systems to external and internal risks generated by armed conflict. The relevance of the research is determined by the unprecedented impact of hostilities on industry, manifested in the loss of production capacities, destruction of infrastructure, disruption of logistics, personnel shortages, and decline in effective demand. It is established that under such conditions, traditional management models lose effectiveness, which necessitates the development of new mechanisms of organizational resilience. The study systematizes scientific approaches to crisis management, risk management, and digital transformation, forming the basis for the proposed adaptive organizational structure. Key transformation directions are identified: decentralization of management, strengthening the autonomy of units, implementation of digital tools for remote control and analytical forecasting, and the development of alternative logistics routes. The findings confirm that the resilience of industrial enterprises in wartime depends on structural flexibility, digitalization, multi-level risk management, and the integration of security measures. The scientific novelty lies in the development of an adaptive management model combining strategic, tactical, and operational coordination to preserve production potential and ensure rapid recovery. The practical value of the results lies in their applicability for designing anti-crisis strategies at both enterprise and industry levels, while further research should focus on sector-specific models for enterprises operating in active combat zones and the study of long-term mechanisms of state support.
