Abstract

Activation of entrepreneurial activity in conditions of uncertainty and unpredictability of environmental influences and complication of processes of interaction of market participants against the background of economic downturn of economic activity is observed. Entrepreneurial potential is a fundamentally new category in the labor economy. This is due to the fact that the behavior of the company until the next time was not the subject of labor economy. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the theoretical approaches to managing the formation and efficient use of entrepreneurial potential in uncertainty. Classification of the necessary characteristics of the business entities whose abilities form the basis of the entrepreneurial potential provided in the research results. Theoretical approaches to managing the formation and effective utilization of entrepreneurial potential under uncertainty have been investigated. Entrepreneurship is an integration definition that aims to generate profit in the face of risk through the organization of factors of production, new technological methods and the selection of the most productive resources to create new goods. The need for clear structuring and synchronization of the components of effective management of entrepreneurial potential, necessary to ensure compliance with the goals and objectives of entrepreneurship, established. The structure and factors of formation of entrepreneurial potential that determine the detailed expression of its essence are developed. Structural and logical schemes of strategic and operational actions, organizational and economic components, motivations and peculiarities of providing entrepreneurial potential are proposed. When used rationally, they provide the basis for tools for managing entrepreneurial potential, economic behavior and organization of the business environment.
